For those of you who were wondering why I said ‘Happy 38th Birthday, Tracy Lately’, it was a reference to the time Chuy called her Tracy instead of Chelsea. It also refers to how so many people actually believe that her last name is Lately. Both of those have been running jokes on the show for a while now.

I can assure you that I know her name is Chelsea Handler.
